Investment Criteria

Safety Capital Partners seeks to invest in forward think companies with an excellent management team complete or near complete. We seek technology or product devices that solve real life safety, security or homeland security problems.

We also invest or acquire selectively safety and security companies that are profitable companies that seek to grow more quickly or expand their niche but don't have the capital or marketing muscle to go to the next level. These companies are general located and based in North America; these companies may or may not have significant operations outside of North America as well:

• Operating profits between $1 million and $5 million (add-on investments to existing companies can be much smaller).
• Good people continuing as our management and equity partners. Although we prefer continuity of management, we have often been involved in retirement and family transition situations
• Corporate structure that allows for an asset purchase or equivalent (e.g., 338(h)(10) election)
• A record of sustained profitability and cash flow
• A strong and sustainable competitive position based upon product, cost, market, service or other special strengths
• Organic and/or accretive growth opportunities.
